Favell House is NOT a suitable place to study.I have been there for a few months and I can tell that Unite team give a really poor service. They just care about your money, there is a total lack of customer service .In addition they say that the residence has been refurbished and that is not true.Everything there is old and dirty.12/1/2012

A tenant has been driven out of the building and has been homeless for a year after a council incited hate campaign. the council has spent thousands of pounds on legal fees. The woman who started the campaign is trying to move out complaining that the neighbour she drove out is still causing noise. The building is plagued with noise problems and is falling to pieces. A disgrace, even by Bristol council standards.
